The 440400 Social Impact Investment Fund is a mission-driven capital vehicle to address the Black wealth gap through debt investment strategy. 

It operates as an interim response to plug some of the generational financial harms and deficits to Black wealth and supporting organizations making reparations call for dignity at the policy level.
