Bonita Thomas Lacy is a social impact entrepreneur, community advocate, and strategic solutions developer with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, nonprofit service, entrepreneurship, and government consulting.

As the founder of Healing Hearts of Families, she has spent decades working to strengthen families and support healthier, safer, and more stable communities. Her work has included community-based solutions, restorative justice initiatives, and programs designed to address barriers affecting family stability and economic opportunity.

The 4-40-400 Capital Venture Fund grew out of her recognition that many families face persistent financial challenges connected to historical inequities and limited access to wealth-building opportunities.

Through 4-40-400, Bonita seeks to unite philanthropists, influencers, faith leaders, businesses, and everyday individuals around a shared commitment to practical economic solutions.
