440400 exists to create a pathway where voluntary investment, partnerships, giving and collective action can help address these economic disparities through measurable impact.

We address the Black wealth gap by infusing direct capital into the hands of eligible individuals, families, business and communities . Offering education to multiply impact and capital. We leverage capital in economic development projects and investment opportunities designed to grow more capital. Capital will return to the fund and programs as recycled to sustain the fund for future rounds of social impact and community investments.

The fund operates as an interim response to a historical denial of support for specific harmed culture living in American to stop some of the generational financial losses due to denial and lack of capital, from past schemes, losses, denials , barriers and opportunity deficits.

The Black wealth gap did not happen by accident. It developed over generations through unequal access to financial resources, property ownership, education, business capital, destructions and lack of opportunities to build and transfer wealth.

The 4-40-400 Capital Venture Fund was created to respond with practical action which can be deployed fast.
We believe that individuals, businesses, faith communities, philanthropists, and influencers can come together voluntarily to support solutions that help close portions of the wealth gap, creating safer communities and stronger economic outcomes.
Our purpose is not simply to discuss history. We are taking action with our mission to create a new story for America built on a legacy lost, and restored powered by people and led by people who understands how to multiply to build and sustain.
