A Social Impact Fund. A Revolving Capital Engine.
“Inspired by Dr. King. Anchored in Spiritual Prophecy. Powered by people.”

It was created to  address the historical denials of access and lack of capital

resulting in the current Black wealth gap. Provides a solution which address it now instead of sometime in the future.

A place of opportunity for everyday people, influencers, in business, faith leaders,  celebrities and philanthropist to engage by doing two things voluntarily.

 Commit and Give

4 40 400 members ... Remembers history and harms of the past. Are not asked in guilt they choose change through collective action of impact giving. Choosing to provide as descendants on both sides to address the wealth gap issue laid in their laps...

We cannot rewrite history, but together we can write a new chapter

of our own actions and the story of our impact for the future

as the economic legacy of people who made change.
