  The 440400 Social Impact Black Venture Fund is a mission-driven capital vehicle

 with a social mission to close some of the  Black wealth gaps in descendants lives.

440400 provides what was denied  "finances"  through targeted investment strategies to level

 discriminatory financial schemes and practices.  

4 40 400 provides a financial reprieve as a interim solution to the years of denials of 

redress, restitution and lack of payments to descendants seated in four centuries of  the legacy  losses due to slavery. 

 440400 is a direct financial response.

We raise capital, to build and sustain wealth to close the wealth gap as others call for reparations at the policy level.
